Employment and Training Policy for the Article Clerks employed on or after 01-01-2010

Employment Policy:

  • The preference is given to the article Clerks should have qualified CA Intermediate or equivalent like PE-II, PCC, IPCC etc..

  • The Article Clerks are normally paid stipend on 10th of the following month by cheque only.

  • The stipend paid to the article clerks is as per the ICAI rules.

  • The Article clerks who are qualified CA Inter/PE-II are paid in addition to the Stipend the incentive subject to their performance. The incentive rate are

  • The Articles are are paid the conveyance as per office rules from time to time extra.

  • In case the Article Clerks passes the CA Final during the training the total incentive + stipend is hiked to Rs.10000/-

  • In case the Article Clerk has additional qualifications - CS, ICWA or LLB the additional incentive of Rs. 1000/- per month is paid to such article clerk per qualification subject to performance.

  • The Article Clerks are required to wear the neck tie on daily basis to be provided by the firm.

  • The article Clerk on joining the firm and registration with the ICAI is provided with the BRANDED NEW LAPTOP to be kept with him and carried to the office/client place/work place on daily basis. The LAPTOP will be transferred to the Article clerk on completion of the training. The LAPTOP is to be maintained by the article clerk on his own.

  • In case of outstation assignments Expenses for Fooding, Lodging & Local Conveyance are paid.

 

Training Policy:

  • The firm reserves the right to place the article on any assignment all around India.

  • The reporting place of the clerk shall be attached to the team leader to with whom he/she is appointed.

  • The firm has an in-house training and coaching centres.

  • The firm also holds membership in various study circles and the articles are required to attend these training and professional update programs at their own cost and time. The fee for these programs are paid by the Firm and no conveyance is paid to the article clerks beyond this.

  • Its mandatory for the articles to complete at least 30 hours of Continuing Professional Education Programs by attending the training programs with any of its office in the NCR of Delhi/at the place they are employed.

  • The firm plans to train the articles in Accounting Services, Assurrance, Financial Management and Taxation with special exposure related to the projects funded by ADB, World Bank etc.

  • The firm also is planning international exposure for the articles capable of performance and having good command over English.
