We have been receiving no. of verification calls where the people who have worked for a small period or have been turned out for their wrongs have misrepresented by giving false certificate at time of employment to various employers of their employment with our firm and working experience to avoid any confusion and such misrepresentations we are now starting with a practice to list all those employees or team members who are not upto the mark and we feel that the warning be given to future employers in this regard on our website.

Left without notice or any information after receiving the salary for the November 2007 on 12th December 2007. Told the client that he has an emergency and will attend the office after two days. He was receiving salary of Rs. 20000/- per month and when contacted for not attending the office from 13th Decmber 2007 he first raised the excuse of being ill and advised bed rest for 15 days. Unexpectedly mailed the resignation with the soft copy of the records of the client on 1st January 2008. He has till date not submitted the records of the client to the office and is on run with them.

He has went on leave even after the refusal of the firm to sanction the leaves. Then on coming back he was refused the exgratia amount paid and minimum stipend as per the ICAI regulations was paid to him for the month of October 2008. He then called the partner of the firm and threatened to harm her personally and professionally. After working for 5 days after receiving the stipend he is missing without information and the partners of the firm are receiving the calls from various people to relieve him without carrying out any formalities.
