	CA N. C. Mittal, B. Com., FCA is the founder of the firm. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 34 years experience in the profession and has been extensively involved in the Corporate Management, Financing, Investment, Joint Ventures, Collaborations, Merger & Amalgamations, and Projects Management. He is an expert on the accounting Standards and Government Accounting. He is also one of the selected peer reviewers with the peer review board. He is member of the Accounting Research Foundation of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. ARF-ICAI is the pioneer in the municipal accounting on the double entry basis
	CA Kapil Mittal, B. Com. (Hons.), FCA, DISA(ICAI) is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is important organ of the NCMC and acts as support to all the services of the NCMC. He specializes in Tax Management, Information Systems & Security Controls, Business Process Re-engineering, and Cost Reduction & Cost Control Techniques. He is a green belt in six sigma. He has an exhaustive experience of the BOT/BOT Annuity Projects in the field of the Road Construction, Maintenance etc.
	CA Karunesh Mittal B. Com., FCA, DISA (ICAI) is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has over five years of experience in the profession. He is important organ of the NCMC and acts as support to all the services of the NCMC. He specializes in Tax Management, Information Systems & Security Controls, Business Process Re-engineering, and Cost Reduction & Cost Control Techniques. He has been the member of the various expert committees of the on Taxation and Finance & Banking of the PHD Chamber of Commerce of India. He is our domain expert on the Procurement process audits and specializes in the procurement process for the World Bank, ADB, UNDP etc. He has been registered as the individual consultant with the Asian Development Bank.
	CA Shishu Pal B. Com, FCA, is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has and experience of more than 15 years in the profession. He specializes in Indirect Taxation, Banking & Auditing Services.
	CA (Mrs.) Rekha K Mittal B. Com, FCA is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has four years experience in the profession. She specializes in Corporate Management, Internal & Management Audits and Systems Development. She is ou domain expert on the Electricity Utility Companies, E-filing and Government Audits. She is also an expert on the International Taxation in India. She has an extensive knowledge of the GFR & Service Rules of the Government of India. She is an expert on international taxation and DTAAs of other countries with India. She is the holder certificate in International Taxation course from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
	CA R. S. Bansal B. Com., FCA is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has more than 35 years experience in the profession. He specializes in Auditing & Government Accounting.

Nitesh Jain, B.E. (Computer Science). He has done Masters from RIT, New York, USA. Being a competent professional, for him, starving for excellence is the norm. He is the head of the information technology division of the NCMC.

CA M. K. Garg, (Chandigarh) FCA is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has over nine years experience in the profession. He specializes in direct taxation including appellate matters, bank audits, statutory audits, Internal & Management Audits, Company Law matters etc.

CA Rajesh Jain, (Agra) ACA is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He specializes in direct taxation including appellate matters, bank audits, statutory audits, Internal & Management Audits, Company Law matters etc.

Mrityunjay Kumar Dubey, AICWA, Lic. C.S. He specializes cost audits, cost analysis, design of costing system and preparation and framing of the Memorandum & articles of Association for the Industrial Companies.

Sanjiban Ghosh, AICWA, He specializes cost audits, wage audits, stock audits and accounting, cost analysis, design of cost accounting system.

Prakash Prusty, F.C.S. He heads our company secretary division and specializes secretarial practice. He is and expert at liaison with the Registrar of Companies and maintenance of secretarial records.

V. N. Sharma B. A., LLB. He is the visiting consultant with our firm on company law and business laws. He was previously employed with the Registrar of Companies and at presently his brother is a Deputy Registrar of Companies at Delhi. He is a High Court Advocate for the Business Laws and had to his credit a number of famous cases decided in his favour.

C. L. Duggal, B. E. (Civil) is our head for the social & performance audits. He is an ex-Chief Engineer from the Irrigation Department of Delhi State.

CA Shantanu Mani Singh, ACA is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is the team leader for the Tax audit team and an expert at the treasury operations and its audit.

CA Vishal Sharma, ACA is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He specializes in procurement consultancy and financial managment. He has worked on the prestigious project of the Bihar Government for improvement of the Livelhood in the state "Ajeevika".

CA C. S. Jain, (Delhi) B. Com., FCA is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has over thirty four years of post qualification experience. He has held the posts of the General Manager (Finance) of ITDC and of Usha Group in India. He specializes in Finance, Project Financing, Lease & External Commercial Borrowings Syndication, Corporate management, and legal compliances. He is an expert at the management of the Hotel & Education Projects
